Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShipBoost, operated by Neurovia Systems Inc. By creating an account or installing the widget, you agree to them.

Last updated July 2026

This page is app-owner-maintained content, not legal advice. Neurovia Systems Inc may revise this wording with counsel; the version shown here is the one currently in effect.

1. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must have the authority to install code on any storefront where you deploy the widget.
  • Accounts are for a single business entity; do not share one account across unrelated organisations.

2. Acceptable use of the widget

You agree not to use ShipBoost to:

  • Display claims you cannot honour, such as a free-shipping threshold or discount you do not actually offer.
  • Deploy the script on sites you do not own or operate.
  • Obscure, overlay or interfere with legally required storefront disclosures, checkout flows or accessibility features.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or rate-abuse the service, the public bar endpoint or the widget loader.
  • Distribute malware, or inject third-party code through call-to-action links.

Countdown timers are a marketing tool. You are responsible for ensuring the urgency you present is truthful and complies with the consumer-protection rules of the markets you sell in.

3. Plans and billing

  • The Free plan is offered as-is, with the limits shown on our pricing section, and may change.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice to the email on your account.

4. Service availability

We work to keep ShipBoost and the public bar endpoint available, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend the service. Your storefront keeps working if the widget cannot load. The bar simply does not render.

5. Intellectual property

Neurovia Systems Inc retains all rights to ShipBoost, its software, widget loader and branding. You retain all rights to your store content, copy and configurations. You grant us the limited right to store and serve your bar configurations so the service can operate.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us or other merchants. On termination, your bars stop being served and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ShipBoost is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Revenue-lift figures shown in the dashboard are estimates derived from aggregate counters and are not a guarantee of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurovia Systems Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Neurovia Systems Inc. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law grants you another venue.
